TOMATO UPDATE

Our tomato plant is producing hundreds of tomatoes (a scary amount….), but they are delicious!  They are yellow tumblers that I picked up at the Crossroads market.  I collected a bowl of them, doused them in olive oil, added whole garlic cloves and roasted them at 400F for about an hour, stirring occasionally.  I was planning on having some after all of my hard work, but Emily beat me to it and had them on some quinoa pasta with rapini, chili oil and grana padano!  Next time I guess...
