Yesterday, while sitting on my front porch with my pal Drew I realized that I have not spent nearly enough time grilling this summer.  Actually, that is not entirely true.  I have spent a lot of time grilling, however, I have not spent enough time grilling for myself!  Drew and I took it upon ourselves to make burgers with every topping we had available.  I think the only thing missing was some shredded beet root.

From the top:

Gluten Free Bun, Tomato, Avocado, Fried Egg, Carmelized Onions, Mushrooms and Bacon, Provolone, Hamburger Paddy w/ Garlic and Onion, Gluten Free Bun.

We also threw in a watermelon salad with mint from the garden, vlahotiri cheese from Kalamata, and Kalamata Olives.  I finished it with a splash of balsamic and olive oil!
