This past Friday I had the pleasure of catering yet another Springbank Wine Club event.  This time it was their year-end BBQ and was open to all members of the club rather than the last dinner, which was only for club executives.  The evening started off with a quick meet and greet for those who didn’t have a chance to meet at previous events, followed by a tasting with Sergei and Karina of Black Stallion Spirits, followed by dinner prepared by yours truly.  I had a lot of fun with this one.  It was a nice challenge to shop, prep and cook for 60 people while solo!  Have a look below to read what was sipped and eaten throughout the evening.  Thanks to the Springbank Wine Club for having me and to the Bond family for allowing me to take over your amazing kitchen!
