ONE MORE BREATH RETREAT: COOKING CLASS

Yesterday afternoon Brett taught a cooking class with the following menu: ahi tuna tataki, sesame crusted tempeh, carrot + burdock root kinpara, tamari mushrooms, ume slaw, fried rice and a tahini sauce.  The dishes were served as we enjoy them at home, in deep asian-style bowls. We start with a bed of rice and load it up with all the fixings. This group is a blast to spend time in the kitchen with! We always get along well with others that love to eat.
