We just finished Day 3 of One More Breath retreats and we’re having a blast! While the (lovely + wonderful + enthusiastic) retreat participants venture off the property for day trips like surfing or hiking or other adventures, we vibe it out in the kitchen. It’s amazing to see how keen these folks are to try new things and ingredients. We’ve been playing with super food favourites like chia puddings and green smoothies and mixing them with classic comfort foods like this evening’s mint lamb burgers served with pickled chayote, baba ganoush and goats cheese.
