The rest of the summer has been a total whirlwind, ending with a great week in Golden, BC. I accompanied Jeff Mah, Tanis Fishman and a group of soon-to-be yoga teachers for 5 days in the mountains. While they trained, I took over the kitchen whipping up seasonal goodies and making the most of the summer ingredients available while they last. I took 4 photos and 3 of them were blurry. Here’s a snap of a simple salad I made using musk melon, mint, aged balsamic reduction, cracked black pepper and Maldon salt.
