COOKING CLASSES

This weekend, I led a really fun cooking class for my pals Aaron and Adam.  This is what we cooked:

  • Garlic rubbed crostini with proscuitto, Tiger Blue cheese, fresh mint, and black currant jam
  • Cherry Tomato salad with Italian Buffalo Mozzarella, wasabi arugula and finished with a nice greek olive oil and maldon salt
  • Roasted leg of Driveview lamb with rosemary and garlic, roasted purple and white new potatoes, grilled asparagus, tzatziki, tomato, fennel, onion and basil marmalade
  • Chocolate almond sorbet - by Aaron and his new ice cream maker

We achieved this meal in 5 hours and 1 clogged garburator later!  Thanks again guys, that was a lot of fun.
