This morning, we made a birthday brunch for our friend Jenner. We started with a simple snack - concord grapes. The season is super short, so we try to enjoy them as often as possible during the Fall. Next we had a peach and fig salad with pecans, ricotta cheese, mint and cracked black pepper. Finally, we had a quinoa salad with crunched up kale chips + pumpkin seeds topped w/ poached eggs + roasted tomatoes and on a bed of tahini sauce.
