BAKED GOODS

Normally I am not that into baking.  It requires diligent measuring with cups or parts of cups and extra dishes needing a wash when everything is said and done.  Lately however, I have had some jobs that required baked goods for breakfast so I got into a groove and came up with some nice treats.  This past week I made Orange-Raspberry Scones, Whole Wheat Blueberry Muffins, both Gluten-Free and Full-Gluten Chocolate Brownies, Whole Wheat Carrot/Ginger/Pineapple Muffins, and last but not least Chocolate Chip Banana Bread.  I captured a few shots of the results above!
