HIGHLIGHTS FROM MOUNT ENGADINE

Remember the other week when our kitchen team packed up the good, honest food van and headed to Mount Engadine to participate in the lodge's chef series? Well, we have a few photo highlights of the event (thanks to Kate Semrau). For their mountain-inspired menu, Brett and his team used lots of fresh, indigenous ingredients. Menu items included elk tartare, foraged mushrooms, and sea buckthorn granita and natural wine pairings were selected for each course.
