ANNIVERSARY DINNER PARTY, CATERED BY ODB

Happy Valentines Day!

In the spirit of the day, I'm posting a few snaps from a 45th wedding anniversary dinner party that I catered recently. 

Pictured below are: octopus with grapefruit, fennel, microgreens and parsley oil, a beet salad with radishes and arugula on a bed of sweet pea puree and italian meringues with vanilla bean whipped cream, fruit paper and berries.  I didn't get a photo of the main - Ewe-Nique Farms Lamb chops with Salsa Verda, Pomme Anna Flowers and roasted carrot puree.
