OMB 2013: RETREAT FOOD

Back in the deep freeze now.  Really though, its not too bad and I am really looking forward to spring!  Finally getting to some photos from the trip.  Sorry about the quality, they were taken on the fly!

Lunch to go for the whale watchers: Kale Salad, Frisee Salad, Nori rolls w/ avocado, tofu, carrot burdock kinpara, mixed greens, spicy sesame dip.

Grilled Hebi aka. Spearfish w/ polenta, chimichurri, sea asparagus, radish,  curried mac nuts, black lava sea salt.  We also did a tofu version for the vegetarians.
