A very light red, or deep rosé if you prefer, from a couple of brother's farming biodynamic grapes in the Languedoc. This wine is intended to be in the 'clairet' style of light red Bordeaux wines, drank with a chill and a lovely aperitif. Native yeast fermentation, no filtering or fining, very low sulfite additions.
