This past May Long weekend Emily and I headed south to Flint Rock Ranch. This was my second time down at the ranch and it is always a pleasure heading down there to cook. The views are amazing and the cookhouse is a great space to work out of. The owners of the ranch were celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary so they invited 100 of their closest friends and family to enjoy good food, great company, live music and an epic dance party that went into the wee hours of the morning. Check out the photos below to see some food highlights from the 3 days we were down there. I'm really looking forward to heading back there in July with another group.
