Our Calgarian friend and fellow foodie Cody Willis has arrived in Maui! Cody just finished a semester at culinary school in Stratford, Ontario and has a few months to burn before his work term. He will be wwoofing with us at the Greenleaf Farm and we haven’t wasted a single moment. We’ve been collaborating on nightly meals and celebrated Cody’s first night with ahi tuna poached in a miso broth and garnished with “noodles” made from ribbons of daikon radish. A sesame yam dip made the perfect side snack.
