Nothing says spring like a night of tacos and margaritas. We can't let you make those too sweet, too much fake lime margaritas because that would be criminal. Instead our market manager, Andrew, has created a simple recipe with just the right amount of quality syrup and bitters to really escalate your taco experience. Check out the recipe below. In a shaker over ice combine:
2oz Lime Juice
1oz Liber & Co. Gum Syrup
3 dashes of Dillon's Orange Bitters
Shake it hard, or until the shaker is ice cold in your hand.
Run a lime wedge around the edge of a glass. Rotate the glass in a pile of Maldon Salt to achieve a salt rim. Add ice and pour the strained liquid into it.
Repeat as needed.
