Brett made kale chips for his personal chef clients this week and I was lucky enough to sample them. To make this crunchy and nutritious snack, blend red peppers, nutritional yeast, sunflower seeds, fresh chives, lots of fresh basil, sea salt and a dash of smoked paprika in your food processor. Add a little bit of water to achieve creamy consistency. Generously coat pieces of kale with sauce. Place in food dehydrator for roughly 15 hours or until they are delightfully crunchy. Enjoy!
